For a few months I have been trying to get an issue resolved. I have called several times between Missouri HealthNet and my care provider.

The finger is always blamed at the other company. I spend two to three hours each time I have to deal with this for nothing to be resolved. I had a hearing test done on 10/10/2017. I am being charged after paying my copay the rest of the bill.

The insurance company tells me it's covered the provider tells me the insurance company is refusing to cover it. I just need to get ahold of someone to get this all straightened out. How many hours does one have to be on the phone to try and fix this. Then the number that you guys give on the back of the card the 1 80* 392-**** I dare you to call it and try and get something fixed.

Then you get another number to call which is 855-376-**** I dare you to call that number. They ask you where would you like to vacation. When you answer no to all three they proceeded to try and get you a coupon or voucher for a store near you that you have to put pay a small fee for. Hello this is not private insurance we have this insurance because we are poor in poverty.

We don't have money to go on vacation or money to get free money. When I'm done here I'm going to contact the media all I have to do is tell them to call these numbers.
